This is a good video. You did a good job at making it short and to the point, as well as very easy. And, honestly, if a person doesn't have a welder, just get on craigslist and tell someone if they bring a welder out, you'll pay them 75 bucks to do all the welds. Won't take someone who's a good welder more than 15 minutes, probably.

Good thing you used a bigger welder as the dissimilar metals would need the extra heat to get a proper weld. Well executed. Now I have to order more stuff off of Amazon thanks to you.

Imagine a brutal garden traktor. And also my FEL will be detachable for daily driving. But attachable at job sites klearing brush etc. :D

All I have now is 1/8 6011. Man if you are on FB send me a message and I'll send you a video in return. Subix Barbarasson There is a blakk Jeep and my 🐺 smiling out the window. Also it will say "Истина" on the bottom. Her name is "Istina" Serbian word meaning "truly/true".

Would 3/16” bar work? Or would that not be strong enough? What is the thinnest you would have the bar?
@LazyBrookFarm4 жыл бұрын
I think that might be a bit of the thing side. Part of the reason I did 3/8ths was the teeth I used required that thickness to sit correctly on the bucket. Much thinner would have damaged the bucket with use.
@ke6bnl4 жыл бұрын
Will those work if I have a 5/8 bolt on cutting edge?

I was thinking about a DIY tooth bar until I noticed a finished 66" bar by Titan for twice your investment. It has a .5 thick bar but I will need to reduce the length to fit my bucket. Great video!
@LazyBrookFarm6 жыл бұрын
that should work out well for you, especially if your welder isnt quite up to 1/2 inch plate!
@frankjones52836 жыл бұрын
Yep ..plus reducing the bar length will leave me with a nice piece of steel left over but it will have a tooth welded on it ...lol
@fordtrucker11044 жыл бұрын
How far back was the center of the hole from the edge of the bucket?
@LazyBrookFarm4 жыл бұрын
About 5 inches, it isnt anything precise, the bolt doesnt take any load, just keeps it from falling off when you dump, i even forgot to out them in once, and the teeth stay on!

@LazyBrookFarm5 жыл бұрын
Sure! You just need to get a chunk of 3/8ths steel and some bucket teeth! If you dont have a welder, i think piranha makes one that might work
@martineastburn36795 жыл бұрын
Now you can drive into a stack of road rock and fill a bucket when in 4-wheel and low. Just goes in fills and I rotate an pull it up. Then off to fill holes in the road.

@LazyBrookFarm4 жыл бұрын
so far its going strong, not one single repair, or even a repaint. I have put around 150 more hours on the tractor with it, almost never take it off. I have lost the bolts a few times, but the bar says on most of the time, even without them!
