I think that's where McDonald's has the best trick.. They actually pick the location of the store, and the company owns the property and collect rent from the franchise owners. So, the company makes additional profits. The franchise owners never have to worry about landlords and increased rentals, and the company can actually support the franchise if they want to by giving discounts in rental, instead of paying out of there own pockets.

At the very least, I now grasp the concept of leverage. Creating wealth and financial freedom isn't as tough as many people believe. Building wealth and remaining financially stable indefinitely is a lot easier with the appropriate information. Participating in financial programs and products is the only true approach to make a high income and remain affluent indefinitely.

The first step to wealth creation, is figuring out your goals and risk tolerance - either on your own or with the help of an investment advisor. If you can get the facts about savings and investing with a well detailed plan, you should be able to gain financial security over the years and enjoy the benefits of managing your income.

You’re correct! Working with an investment advisor who has worked in a solid financial firm for a long time, such as John will actually set you up for success in life. I'm delighted I was able to reach out to "John Desmond Heppolette" earlier this year because while others were grumbling about the downturn in the markets due to the state of the economy, I was busy learning from him and eventually made over seven figures in the first quarter alone, which is why it's always good to join the correct community.

That's great, your financial advisor must be really good, I have seen testimonies of people using the help of financial advisors in making them more financially stable. Basically he increased AOV using combos, and although percentage margin remained similar, the amount was higher. What I learn is that he made values as the centre of business. Probably that was what helped him scale. I wonder how in spite of CoViD the business didn't collapse. CoViD was a test for everyone who claimed to have moral values... Most businesses failed.

According to my understanding everyone should have plan A & Plan B. But having only plan A is necessary to maintain focus on the goal..which works with most people who're having sufficient finances for backup. But for those who aren't having sufficient money to backup it's very necessary to have plan B which should be an active source of income so that you can keep pumping money or necessary resources to keep plan A alive.📈🔺 If you don't get desired results on Plan A, you can go back to Plan B and gather required resources and comeback to plan A again with the learnings..✨💯

I have huge respect for one thing of founders that ek simple chai se unhone acha dhanda bana dia. But yr business mein koi bhi aa sakta bas branding tagda karna padega and of course with the strong fundamentals.

I like the idea of bootstrap company. My idea , My company, My Rules, Morals, My profit & My loss. While some people only build a company to launch an IPO. If I build a company I will never do mass layoffs.

16:40 Ganesh bhaiyya I didn't understand the point of increase in cost of real estate due to increase in footfall, and what is it(inc. in real estate cost) has to do with the increase in rentals, CSB have to pay high rentals right which will shake their unit economics, then how do they mitigate the risks of rental increase. Can you please explain??
