Yeah man no worries on the upload time. I know other people upload a lot but you put out some high quality shit and you’re doing it pretty much all on your own it seems. What helps me get over working on a build is riding it more. I’ll do a big upgrade to a project and just be over it too. It’s fun to build but you gotta enjoy your build too.

Use Green Loctite if you don't want it to come apart. Note heat will break the bond if necessary. You need to gusset those steering arms you made.

A better approximation to reduce bump steer recommends the tie rod to point at the instant center that the A-arms create. The length is also a thing to think. The tie rod should not have much move in a vertical wheel travel. With that being said you need to make some corrections on a next project. Nice video by the way and great effort.

Using Banshee spindles? Then you definitely need to mount the rad up in front of the steering facing forward like a Banshee! (with shielding from any hot coolant during a failure)

Looks like when you steer full lock your outside wheel camber is really positive like really leaning top out. Shouldn’t it be 0 or negative rather then positive?

i have to honest . wish you used the 600 triple on this because no need to shift makes lightweight . i worked on a alum frame for 2 months before i knew it was right . mine had a 700 twin with banshee pipes [my go to 2 stroke pipes for twins ]

The brackets you installed for the steering will probably need reinforcement from my experience. Had to weld a gusset in the center to hold the top section that's attached with two fasteners down to the bottom section which has the steering linkage attached. If you hit something hard enough to force one of the front wheels to turn in or out and not the other wheel that bracket will bend or break.Just some fyi from something I have experienced. Cant wait to see it finished and ripping.
