In today's video I beef up and redo the roll cage, work on strengthing the chassis and mounting the Suzuki gsxr 600 engine! I can't wait to take this one to the dunes.

Keep an eye where are ypu gpong to mount the radiator and all the hoses. Need fresh air blowing on it, behind that seat its not gonna work to well, cant be to high up ether. 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

Tip for positioning engine mounts. Try putting a thin washer between the mounts and the engine before welding. itll give you a tiny bit of wiggle room thatll leave room for paint and make engine removal/install much easier.

I saw a guy make a rear diff for a cross kart using a Miata 1.8 diff took the casing away then used a motorcycle sprocket machines to fit around the ring and two carrier bearings to hold it. Then use Miata axels. I can’t wait to try it. It makes the drive line clean and simple

Need space for the radiator, gonna have to mount it behind the seat up or on the rollbar tubing behind the engine. As long as it has fresh air blowing on it it will be fine, plus the fan also helping. LOOKING GOOD SO FAR. HAPPY 2021👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

Good decision changing things up for safety and asthetics. Itll be worth the slight amount of additional weight if you ever find yourself in danger. Someone flipping in it wont miss the 20lbs and its got plenty of power to move it anyways.

Paddle shifters? Reverse is required, and depending on witch reverse gear box you use you could use it as a jack shaft for some crazy gearing!! Love the vids!!

@Adam Irace I think you should check out rather b welding buggy’s, he’s try’s to move his buggy’s but the long wheel base makes it hard to move!! There’s no diff!! And a reverse gear box is 30-70 ibs at most!! It’s not really going to be an Ultimate buggy if you have to start pushing the thing around!!
