Dear friend. Love your work. For the first time i might have a tips, hope its helpfull: when putting the concrete mix in the concrete mixer, its much easier if you cut the bag in 2 (on the floor), and dump halfs at a time. Usually mansons do it this way, because the bags (25 kg?) Are heavy, and most mixes dont come already ready (need to mix sand and gravel) and most guys have the quantities of gravel, sand and water already pre defined for the half bag...but the weight alone is enough to do it that way, even if you dont need to post mix... your back will tank you later.

29:29 Humidity will still come up through the walls since the waterproofing isn’t 100% continuous through the wall without any penetrations. You would have had to waterproof the floor with a continuous membrane on top of the entire slab to the foundation level or have insulated from the underside of the foundation up to above ground level. A easier solution would have been to build a raft foundation, waterproof the raft insulation and build the slab inside the waterproofed raft.

I agree. It is also a bit hard to see the point of waterproofing the foundations so high up. Usually it is enough to have waterproofing just above the ground level even in very harsh conditions.

Saludos

Nice to see the progress at you two place Nothing gets done without hard and long hours every day One thing that jumped into my eyes , please use a respirator , ear & eyes protection , while grinding concrete on the exterior and when in the interior just add a good vacuum with the attachments necessary to the grinding itself
