Brilliant as always mike. All his videos finally have me moving correctly. Back and chest specifically have been insane gains since finding his channel.

Great advice man. Just found your videos but I love how you seem to emphasize form and the muscle actually working and not emphasis on amount of weight.

I wish I’d have stumbled on this channel sooner , there’s a lot of us guys that only do the best we know how but these videos on rocking and getting on muscle are great , I’d never have gotten on the right path alone …

Appreciate your time doing this. It’s been really helpful and fun messing around with new ideas. It’s cool, it reconfirms a lot of my ideas, or helps tweak some other movements out. I remember you saying like “move through the motion”. I’ve adopted that into some other movements. 🙌🙌🙌

The thing is most people don't understand body and muscle mechanics. They just copy and paste what they see on the internet or what a friend shows them. I can see now why a lot of people either stall out, get injured or quit. I don't think people see lifting as an art, and something that needs to be learned .. it's a skill .. like anything else. I only recently understood this after 20yrs. It's changed everything for me. .. if only I had known sooner.

I do this half rep type of movement on leg press it's so taxing on the quads rather than locking out at the top.

Its due to so many of us learning to train from our high school coaches. All they cared about was exploding outta the bottom and getting the weight moved. Its unfortunate. Likely we have big Mike's guidance to correct the poor programming!

True, for many. For others, I believe they have wrong expectatiıns from lifting, thinking that they'll achieve the Olypia level bods in no time, they they ''rush it'' with high expectations, not trusting the journey and thus not giving it it's due.

I swear I wish social media had a application process for people to talk about fitness. Like mike literally exposes all these losers online. Like you see random guys posts basic back routines and say “pro” tip blah blah. Yeahh okay buddy such knowledge you gave us
