if you wanna go full "hotboy" put a Do Luck bumper on and save the oem bumper to preserve it. A "Do Luck T2 Aero kit" would make it insane. especially you could paint it all at once and swap it out when your feeling the OEM vibes

You should do a really unique roof, make it a "targa-top", the panel could be carbon fiber like the Supra😎

I was a carbonfiber and fiberglass composite engineer my entire life. If your going to carbon the roof now is the time. Don't wait. Rather you do it or not your GTR is going to be incredibly amazing regardless. As for porting I just don't think porting a boosted motor in nessasary, however that's personal preference.

My only advice would be to get all the parts ready to go, that way you’re not waiting on PRP or an engine shop, or powder coater.

Hi kalvin i really love your plans to the car that you gonna drive the heck out of it and enjoy it and take it to trips etc! I had friends who doesn't even drive their cars in winter or scared to add milage etc etc thinking they have a rare ferrari or something (they mostly have evox's lol). You and me are alike. We don't care about milage, rockchips, etc etc, but we here to enioy our cars!!

Be sure that you vapour hone things like the knuckles and manifold that are cast aluminum. Then treat it with ACF50 to help seal it all up.

Hope you keep it, but if you sold it to grow the business, that would be understandable. I am thinking of also shipping my head to PRP to be CNC rebuilt. I would love to make it to GTR Festival next year with my GTR as well. It just takes lots of time, money and effort to get our cars finished. My original question was if it was going to be painted in the original paint code. So a secondary question based on that how about discussing the original spec sheet of the car. Year/trim/where it was made. How many previous owners. Where did it spend its life before you got it.

even if you were building to sell, that is what successful business people do, they take there skills, put them to use creating a product or asset that is wanted by the masses. then after they craft that product or asset into something that is valuable or highly desired, they sell it for a profit. this is natural, normal. and highly recommended. esp if that sale can benefit you and your family greatly. ie. buy a home/shop. invest in cash flowing assets, ect..ect..

I envy your manual welding skills. I have a total of 2 cars that need welding, not even a serious one, but I would do it myself if it weren't for the fact that I don't know how to weld, :/. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to find a guy who will do it well ... I'm from Poland. Is verry hard to find person who will properly repair body a car from the 1990s and 1980s. Everyone wants to apply a lot of filler and that's fine, but in 2-3 years the car will rust again and the money will be wasted... Second thing I envy you is A Skyline . I deraming ot have a Skyline (But R34 sincie 2002) maybe one day I will get one, I would really like it...But I can never imagine saving so much money for such a car, having to worry about a house, the area next to it and working in a regular job for 8 hours and earning the national minimum wage.

The undercoating is going to ruin the car if you go with a rubberized coating. It will rust out as soon as you have a couple of chips in the undercoating because water will get stuck between the chassis and undercoating.

Selling…that’s a tough one in this case. I’m Mr. It’s just a car. But it’s hard to imagine you getting an honest offer that doesn’t insult amount of work that has gone into it. Frankly, you spent too much time and money on a rough car. The only way to justify that amount of energy is to hold powerful sentiment towards it. If you’re just going to sell for market value, you’re really kind of acknowledging that it was a mistake.
