These are the activities I am involved in.
Originally, I was 172 cm tall and 56 kg, a very skinny guy, and had no confidence in myself, so I started weight training because I wanted to gain confidence and be popular with girls.
As my body changed, so did my appearance, I gained confidence, and I was able to become more positive on the inside.
After that, I worked as a police officer from the age of 20 to 24, but I wanted to do what I really wanted to do in my one and only life, so I changed jobs to become a personal trainer because I wanted to train people like myself.
After that, I worked at a private personal gym for two years, then went independent and am now working as a personal trainer in Minami Aoyama, supported by many customers.
On this channel, I will share with you the reproducible know-how that I used to show people who had no talent but still managed to get into the shape they have today, as well as the ultra-theoretical know-how that will help you get to the top in the shortest possible time.
