To make your pancakes more fluffy add the baking powder/ soda after the blending of all the other stuff. Over blending or over saturating it will make it not activate as much when they cook= fluffier pancakes

Good advice for pancakes: don't destroy the structure of the eggs. Don't put them into the mixer, add them as last ingredient and mix them judt a little bit. So your pqncakes get a lot fluffier :)

Hey Chris, just saw your video and you mentioned that you get tired after eating. I used to have the same problem but then I started stan efferdings vertical diet (eich was a game changer) and he talks about taking 10 min walks post meals to improve insuline sensitivity and metabolism. They work amazing. My energy is much betet troughout the day and especially post meal. Check stans youtube rant about the walks. Might help you big time. Larry wheels and haftor bjornson both follow the diet as wel!

I just want to say Chris is my favorite bodybuilder. Why? Because I am fucking sick and tired of every 5'5 5'6 guy winning everything. I am 6 ft and it is extremely hard to develop legs and calves when you are tall. Any 5'5/5'6 guy can be jacked because the muscle bellies are all crammed together. Guys in this business under 5'10 don't impress me at all. However, when you are over 6 ft and look like Chris, extremely extremely extremely hard to do. You sir are fucking impressive and that's why i am a fan. Very rare to look like you at your height. Congrats again!
@gustavopina7953 жыл бұрын
Guys, for the ones that read this comment. Human metabolismo can’t asimilate raw eggs properly because of the albumine’s structure (albumine is an energy storage protein found in egg whites). When we cook the eggs we change the internal structure of these proteins and they become more digestible. Eating RAW eggs is just like having a big bowl of oats

I honestly have no idea how much I eat in calories per day. I just eat huge portions of Tyson chicken breast and white rice and bell peppers and mushrooms. Breakfast I have Oatmeal with 2 scoops of protein and 4 eggs and 2 toasts. Dinner I have whatever I feel like just making sure I include rice and post workout is a protein shake. I do very well.
