You know, I have to be honest. I have been watch your material for about 9 months now and I have gone from 258 to today of 200 lbs. I have check with my doctor who I started with about 6 years ago when I was at 410 pounds, had type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and in bad shape. She has told me a couple of times your content is on point. Now I don’t have diabetes, my blood pressure as of this morning was 112/ 69 and my high cholesterol is a thing of the past. Keep the content coming doctor, it helped me get healthy and yes,,, I also use your supplement.

Hi Doc - question; do you recommend any specific foods for fibromyalgia? My mom has been fighting this since the 90s, she is 73 now. She is very healthy outside of this issue. I could certainly search research articles, but I was hoping there is a "Chinese" approach or cultural perspective on this disease. Most of the elders in my family live well into their 90s, but can't imagine watching my mom in pain and chronically fatigued for 20 more years. I work in hospital case management, so any physician input is much appreciated 🙏🏼 ♥️

It's good to know that I'm doing almost everything right. I still have sleep trouble. It's probably from blue light exposure from devices. I enjoy reading at night and listening to KZbin. I wish they'd make blue light free devices for reading and listening to KZbin podcasts like this one. Wouldn't it be great if you could plug your phone into a dedicated night viewing device.

Is there a nacproplus formula without added sugar? Even if it’s less than 2% I avoid added sugar as I’m a cancer patient and that is the one thing I try to avoid at all cost. I know I get sugar through fruit and complex carbs (which I limit to almost total avoidance) but I try my best to read labels and avoid cane sugar if possible.

May I ask what you are referring to? If you are referring to NACPro+ here are the nutritional facts: nacproplus.com/pages/supplement-facts One packet is 55 mg of sodium. Americans eat 3,400 mg of sodium in a day. AHA recommends 1,500 mg of sodium in a day. www.heart.org/en/health-topics/high-blood-pressure/changes-you-can-make-to-manage-high-blood-pressure/shaking-the-salt-habit-to-lower-high-blood-pressure#:~:text=The%20American%20Heart%20Association%20recommends,milligrams%20of%20sodium%20a%20day. 55 mg is 0.010144 tsp of sodium.

She has already set herself apart from the average specialized doctor by 1)really trying to educate your regular run-of-the-mill American patient 2) not talking down to her audience by using real Medical/scientific terms for the subject matter at hand, which is usually revolving around immunity and food or facsimile thereof 3) humanizing herself with stories about her own life experiences. Humans first classrooms were probably storytelling sessions in addition to work in the field, whether it was hunting, cooking, or forays into agriculture.Nowadays there are too many young people coming out of med schools with their Dr of medicine degrees that go out of their way to avoid touching their patients and have a palpable distaste for human interaction; how can we believe such “doctors “ can even heal people if they can barely relate to the human race?
