Really great insight, especially on the constant feeling of being rushed and going something, having extremely high standards for yourself and displacing that onto others. Along with the feeling that it’s best to “pacify” yourself through hard things like training and lifting. I’ve pondered a lot lately as to why I tend to run this way and it’s interesting to hear from someone else who has similar issues.

Just a good ep. Inside the mind of the one of the most driven people I have met and always on a mission to take something to the next level!

Good talk. Extremes are as exciting as they are exhausting.

Hey guys. Shout out from California USA. As a 3-month white belt, you guys really helped me out with your insight into the world of jiu jitsu. Thank you. JT I relate to you a lot. Have you ever heard of the hunter-gatherer theory about ADHD? Has to do with genetics adapting from nomads. Not sure what I think about it but much of it seems to rings true to me as well. Explains a lot of the thrill-seeking and distractions. Hope you guys have a great Christmas and newyears. God's speed

Hey brother from USA. Thanks for sharing. I did the therapy and the anti depressants, that shit didn’t work for me. Made me feel dull not sharp and hard to find the answer from someone who hasn’t been through rough shit(therapist). Always found bjj and roughnecks my best out let. Also quitting drinking has helped me. Definitely feel like I’m not meant for this generation

Yeah man we all need to find the right way to express our selves and stay true to how we feel. The conventional way is often wrong. - JT
