It's simple Jordan = GOAT. Jordan / Pippen = best duo in history. Jordan / Pippen / Rodman = best big three in history. Accompany Harper and Longley and of course Phil Jackson and a fairly solid bench so obviously this team is the most amazing we've seen. Season 1996. Jordan = MVP final, MVP season, MVP all star Game, best scorer and first 5 defensive. Rodman= best Rebounder and first 5 defensive. Pippen= first defensive 5 also and holder at the All Star Game. Phil Jackson= Coach of the Year and Toni Kukoc= best sixth man of the season. In short, absolutely incredible.

The Chicago Bulls of the 90's were Truely a unique squad! They ran the triangle to perfection. Could get out on the fast break because of having guys that could run like Greyhounds! Crazy Athleticism between MJ, Scottie and Ron and a WILL to play "D" for the full 48! As much as I like watching the Warriors, they in no way compare with the Bulls and their cohesion of unselfishness, determination and excecution. Well oiled and fine tuned! Coach Phil Jackson and his Staff kept them that way. In 2020, everyone will see anything but a bed of roses in their franchise when that 6 part Docudrama comes out. I'm sure then we'll see the many pains and frustrations associated with being a Champion on an Elite Level. Great Video as always!

While I agree the league had more balance... If the team had to play as it was by today's rules and game style it would struggle. Jordan would still be king, but the way this team is built it would require a new supporting cast. For example longley would be involved in pick and rolls every play. Now also the money would make it easy to build around Jordan and pippen... but comparing eras is impossible
@iamtman14 жыл бұрын
Wrong! We saw Jordan win 0 titles without a great 2nd player so you’re wrong. Jordan couldn’t win until Pippen became a great teammate and player.

iamtman1, buddy, did Pippen win the championship after Jordan left? No, the bulls didn’t even make the eastern conference finals after Jordan’s first retirement. Jordan could have done it with Hakeem, obviously, and built a better dynasty if the Rockets didn’t mess up on the trade. The Rockets could have had Drexler, Olajuwon and Jordan if they hadn’t made a wrong move. I think Jordan could have won championships in the late 80s with the Rockets. He could have won it with the Jazz as Malone was a great second player, or Barkley, another great player.

Today basketball of the 21st century and beyond isn't on the caliber of what we had back in the 90's, I feel bad for you youngsta's who never got to experience this all you got today is players shooting from half court covered in tattoos, ect...
