It looks like REAL American's are getting sick and tired of roadside piracy operations under the color of traffic law. As we face further international conflict, there are domestic "disturbances" being actively imposed upon Americans domestically. How do we stop this once and for all? Those cops were out of their territorial jurisdiction. The moment they pulled out of, or off of the property owned by their employer, they are out of the territorial jurisdiction of the State/County/ town or city they are from. If their employer does not own the land one is upon, then the cops are out of their territorial jurisdiction. " Proprietary Power Law and Legal Definition In the U.S., proprietary power refers to the unlimited authority vested in Congress by the Property Clause of the Constitution to control the use of Federal public lands. This power is the foundation for the 1902 Reclamation Act and provides the authority to sell power generated at Federal dams. In Okeson v. City of Seattle, 159 Wn.2d 436 (Wash. 2007), the court observed that “A municipal corporation acts within its implied proprietary powers if (1) the act is an exercise of a proprietary power; (2) the act is within the purpose and object of the enabling statute; (3) the act is not contrary to express statutory or constitutional limitations; and (4) the act is not arbitrary, capricious, or unreasonable.” Those roads/public easements/right of ways, are not owned by the County, State or the United States. Those roads are owned by you and I. Not a Corporation. @HerestheDeal Please learn about territorial jurisdiction? Without territorial jurisdiction the cops don't have subject matter or in personam jurisdiction. They don't have any jurisdiction.

It's your right to not ID if you weren't the one pulled over for the traffic stop (4th amendment). Etc. etc. Can anyone really "force" another human being into depriving them of their civil rights? @Thumper68 Жыл бұрын
@@goodoz9942 no I totally understand and agree those are our rights and I’m an extremely firm supporter of our bill of rights. what I’m saying is the reason the officer took the actions he did and also why if this was taken to Supreme Court they would agree with officer that it’s not an inconvenience to the man’s rights to simply pull forward for the safety of the officer to not have to worry about an unknown party behind them and also be able to see traffic easier as well if the back of cop car is hit is different then it being the middle vehicle and to that point for this person he’s safer by not being the rear car as well but he’s not thinking about that he just didn’t want to pull forward because cop was telling him to which i don’t care about either way but a smart person would of wanted to move to front either way for their safety. Anyways Supreme Court would state Pennsylvania v Mimms to make this ruling if they say it’s not inconvenient or violation of your rights to have anyone step out of car for safety then asking you to simply pull around to front and not even be part of stop then is way less inconvenient. So what I’m saying in this example theirs precedent what officers are allowed to ask for officer safety. He didn’t tell him he can’t record or couldn’t stop and wait he simply asked him to move forward. Again I don’t think it truly matters and he really shouldn’t have to but I’ve been reading precedent and studying this stuff for like 6 years not pretty diligently and I just want people including myself to use precedent and knowledge to make best decisions when dealing with police encounters cause then when the officers do mess up it’s an easy win. This example here is pretty easy to see they would rule like I’m saying and just cost someone a fortune trying to sue when they could of just moved forward never been id got a ticket or anything. But I agree with you our government is pretty much tyrannical and officers nowadays think everything they say is lawful order but it’s not many times.
