Trying to get both my overweight parents to workout. My dad is 65, 275 pounds and said a few months ago "Man... I don't think it's possible to lose weight at my age. This seems great, simple and effective. I used to do shakes with a scoop of vanilla protein powder, strawberries, and 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, in addition to banana, orange, cantaloupe, and kale. It had about 40 grams of protein and tasted something like banana milkshake.

Coconut is saturated fat and, you should try to cut-down on the calories. Try my recipe, for a great Morning Shake (done in a blender) ½ Costco cinnamon raisin bagel (or a slice of cinnamon raisin bread ¾ frozen banana (cut in small pieces) 2 boiled eggs a large chunk of raw ginger 1 handful of mixed nuts 3 teaspoons of chia seeds 1 heaping teaspoon of cinnamon 1 heaping teaspoon of flax seeds 1 heaping teaspoon of turmeric powder 1 shot of olive oil chocolate almond milk coffee a few Ice cubes

i like the smoothie, will keep you nice and full during your workout giving you more energy to push through. i personally make red beetroot juice and i swear that shit keeps me in the gym for another hour for many reasons! never workout on an empty stomach tho.

Kyle Jones just meant for a natural energy boost and some protein to help you at the gym and/or physical exertion. Now you can add a scoop or three of protein powder to that mix to up the calorie and protein factor to gain weight or to supplement a weight loss routine. All depends on what’s needed

To gain weight . Avocado strawberries bananas, coconut flakes, dates and chia or hemp. I gained 11 pounds in 10 days.. drank a big jug in morn b4 solid meal . Did that for lunch too. And a small dinner… and a peanut punch 2 hrs b4 bed
