It is M Shadows, however the Rev did that part / a lot of the backing vocals in the live version

@@MRDUSTY2301 im talking about the second "me" after the main one, sounds very different to the rest of the vocals done by matt had has Jimmy's signature snarl. It wouldn't be too surprising seeing as Syn has a random vocal for one of the "a memory, a melody or just one picture" lines in Seize the Day.

Shadows already confirmed that he is the only one who sang on City Of Evil, with the exception of group vocals on Strength Of The World.

@@Darkhalo314 That's true for the most part. Look up Syns vocals on Seize the Day. It's INCREDIBLY clear, and not unsurprising Matt wouldn't remember something so insignificant. I feel it could be a similar case here

@@Cian._. It is still Shads. What's actually being sang is "be afraid", "Run! (BE) From (A-) Me! (-fraid)..." I'll see if I can get a better quality iso for the background vocals, but there are no Jimmy vocal lines on City of Evil aside from the chorus in Strength of the World. You are right however about Syn's line in Seize the Day
