This was amazing, just what I needed today! My thighs and glutes are so sore from yesterdays all squatting workout. This was nice to get some movement but not too intense. Thank you for another fantastic workout 🏋️‍♂️ ❤❤❤!!!!!!

Wirjout #1: Thus us a perfect Sunday family workout for people with kids... So fun but yet so effective... So far today I have consumed 40oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 391 calories and completed 3,614 steps... I am going to do a few things real quick and then do the new total body dumbbell workout posted yesterday... See You all there with what I put in today's smoothie in the comments... For those of you that are done for the day see you tomorrow for another party 💃
