I dont think i has any kind of diagnostic mode, but you could try to hotwire the motor, fill it with hot water and washing powder and let it spin for some time. This way you will get rid of most of the dirt

My guess to why it was chucked out is that they probably kept getting those nasty dirt bits all on there clothes and wanted a new machine because they couldn’t be asked to clean it out. If your gonna sell it on I think you want to give it a real good clean 😬 I think it’s about 1200 rpm max

The reason why it could be filling this high is because there could be bits in the pressure tube maybe and it’s affecting the pressure switch

I suppose there could be bits in there, I am going to do a wash with a dishwasher tablet and see if that helps. 60deg!

You can get some very good cleaners off Amazon called W-PRO there sachets and u run one on a 90 program and they r superb they clean really good and reduce limes sale massively I thought my machine was clean I always use powder and run 60 + I was shocked it’s gross 🤢👍

I have no idea why there are so much black bits coming from the washing machine probably because it haven't been cleaned in a long time

Those bits could have come from drain hose only. Some time ago i took a waste hose from thrown away washing machine, starter cleaning it and absolute ton of this kind of dirt came from it

The water level will rise much higher if no clothes in it. The water tskes the place of the clothes that should be in it. You cant be very knowledgeable re washing machines if you are clueless about this simple fact.

I only got 1 year on my bush but did do 18 loads a week 😅 I prob wont own a vestal made bush again 🤔
