Buttermilk Christmas Plum Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy

TODAY'S RECIPE IS Buttermilk Christmas Plum Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar 2 tbsp
Caramelised the sugar
Hot water 1/2 cup
Combine well
Dry fruits 1/2 cup (kiwi,papaya,rock melon, red plums,pineapple,honey melon,red plums)
Tutti frutti 1/4 cup
Red & Green Cheery 2 tbsp
Golden & Black raisin 2 tbsp
Mixed nuts 2 tbsp
Dates 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 cup
Butter 1/4 cup
Orange zest 1 tsp
Boil for 10 mins
Let it cool completely
Milk 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Mix well
Butter milk is ready keep aside
All purpose flour 1 cup
Milk powder 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
Add fruits mixture
Prepared butter milk
6 inch mould
Grease butter
Place baking paper
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mims on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on medium low flame for 35-45 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c
For 35-45 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
