Been a few years since I made corn bread muffins but do remember experimenting by adding creamed corn from tin can and some dried cranberries. They were delicious!

Or maybe it was jellied whole cranberries from tin can. Been too long ago but can't go wrong with either because cranberries and corn is a great combination!
