Whats the diffrence between tax deeds and tax liens. Also who would i sell the document too to make a profit.

The difference is this: with a tax lien, you’re buying the unpaid tax debt and earning interest if the owner pays it off. With a tax deed, you’re buying the property itself if the taxes aren’t paid. To make a profit, you can sell a tax deed property after clearing the title or, for a tax lien, wait for the owner to redeem it or transfer the lien to another investor interested in collecting the interest.
