I’ve built a few homes and all the homes I see in NH seem to be of average quality…very little craftsmanship.

I would encourage people to just go on Zillow. Any house listed for 500k is gonna sell for atleast 550k. We bought in dover and got an incredibly average house for 480k.

Fortunately that's not the case anymore. Many of the homes listed at $500k are selling for at or slightly below list price. All of the listings featured in this video sold during the month of December 2022. With that being said, there are certain areas that may result in a sale price above list price. (One of the properties in this video sold for well above list price.)
