What I use is a s.o.s pad with hot water to clean up plastics. Then some fine Steel wool. Usually works every time
@Hanky_Bannist8r3 жыл бұрын
If you were willing, wet sanding the plastics with 1000 grit would make a huge difference on the kdx. A coat of WD after will give them some hydration. It already runs fine may as well make it look decent.

The 89 KX is a great bike and mostly complete (46mm forks and a great engine). The 1989 RM also has 46mm forks and has even better suspension than the 89 KX125. RM125 engines liked to blow up that year = your blown engine is typical. Great trail bikes. I have 1989 RM125 parts if you need some (may trade for something you have) when you are ready to rebuild it. (Green Bay, WI)
