I'm curious if that has to deal with sodium content in ones body. Some people have conditions that make it hard to retain or break down sodium (similar to me with vitamin B12 where body wont absorb it unless in large quantities). Your body does need sodium to some degree, so it could be related to that.

I feel like each of these dishes is worth it in the sense that you are really getting the value of what you are paying for. Unlike with some of the other dishes where they put a bunch of ridiculous things (like edible gold) on them just for the extravagance.
