What's up Kevin? Was watching an episode of Half and Half (love that show) on Netflix and on this episode Dee Dee is dating this high value cat that starts talking to her about their future wedding and what does Dee Dee do? She gets scared and bolts! She's in her mid 20's studying to be a lawyer and says maybe one day she'll be ready...just not now. I saw that episode years ago but it really resonated now watching your show. This show was almost 20 years ago but sadly still rings true.

A couple of years ago, I became friends with a young Chinese woman, who owned the corner store where I lived at. I remember her telling me she was unhappy in her relationship with her fiance, but she was afraid that if they ever split, no one would want her because she had a child out of wedlock. She said in their culture AKA Chinese culture it was frowned upon to be a single mother... I remember thinking about how common that is here, and in our culture in america, it's really not that big of a deal. But now listening to Kevin's videos, and thinking about other cultures in africa, and Asia, now I realize just how bad it is to have kids out of wedlock. It creates so many problems in society. I have two kids out of wedlock myself, and I'm raising them on my own. And it's definitely affecting my children in a very negative way. Then when the kids come out, well, whats best for the kid isn’t important. It’s all about whether the parents are “happy”. Just do what gives you the most short term gratification, and completely ignore the needs of people around you. It’s the 2020’s! We’re enlightened now. /sarcasm

And can us ladies just be honest... men really aren't all that interesting nor are they all that deep. Women who really elevate their consciousness often discover just how "optional" men are in their lives. We usually experience more joy-filled living without them than with them. Great work, Mr Samuels. This episode specifically, is one of the main reasons why Kevin asks the women if their fathers raised them. When men make mistakes in dating, it’s usually something that can be corrected. When women make dating mistakes, those mistakes (kids out of wedlock, high body counts, abusive pasts, youth/fertility/beauty wasted) are usually irreversible. This is why I don’t blame dads for being overprotective of their daughters.

She obviously did that, she called in for advise to navigate but he told her to run basically. Walking contradiction. All he had to say was seek professional marriage counseling and a very good family financial planner. Everything has to be planned because she will eventually become a higher earner than her husband. She mentioned he had mentors and a few friends with the same profile and career path who progressed to high 6 figures. Women don't need to call KZbin to discuss their man with a 51 yr old man who has no licenses, credentials, or experience in relationship counseling or therapy. From watching these videos all the answers are the same regardless of their situation. Her situation is more common than not with black women. KS is marketing high value men with specific criteria that he scoped for his own niche market, selling it to BW when the data shows that is less than 4% of the population of black men. Most black women will be working after marriage. So give better advise to someone who has already planned their wedding. She already knew this could be a potential issue. She asked How to maneuver. Why give her back what she already assessed, insult her and hang up. These women calling need validation their man is good from someone on KZbin in suit. So I started watching Kevin’s vids and I will say they definitely helped me realize that while I am a catch, I have lost touch with my femininity and my excitement for life! I pitched in working when we needed it. Now, we live off the money he earned all these years and enjoy our well adjusted adult children and happy, healthy grandbabies. Honestly, this show kind of hurt my spirit. I’m 25, and was engaged to a 22 year old woman up until a month ago. And even though she doesn’t fit the definition of “career woman” there was so much of her I saw in these calls that it’s depressing. Little comments she would make would set my jaw tight, not because they were disrespectful, but because I saw this same mentality in her of having a complete obliviousness to knowing how to move with a man without really understanding the full implications of it, but knowing on an instinctual level that I couldn’t marry a woman who thinks and acts this way. And hearing this show just made so many past arguments and situations come into clarity. And for the longest time, I thought she was a diamond in the rough. Fit, pretty, came from a married household, with an extended family with a history of successful marriages, fatherly guidance, fairly agreeable. Yet she knew nothing about actually being wife except cooking a dinner every now and then. And she even acted like doing that much was something so significant for a woman to do without being married. Now I have to wonder just how small a target I’m really aiming for. Yeah, men making 6 figures or better make only 10%. But the number of women who are fit, feminine, friendly, and fully understand what it means to be a wife within the black community must be... abysmal. I’d hesitate to even say 5%. Do I really *have* to get a non-black woman? Because the very first one I dated understood what to do and how to move from the first date. Yet I want a black woman still.
@Blacksword4044 жыл бұрын
No. But understand one thing. Black women are all over the world. Go get you a French black woman. Or a Brazilian sista. Your options are only as limited as you make them. In California it’s latinas who are scooping up most of the brothers. Main thing is to find a woman that’s cooperative and feminine.
@landychapman34 жыл бұрын
@jonasbabe75 I'll give you that. So why do they give up the "wife" treatment in the bedroom?
@AJweathersby4 жыл бұрын
@jonasbabe75 That was a consistent argument we had in the first few months. Me telling her “All that ‘I won’t do x, y, and z until you marry me’ stuff doesn’t fly with me, because I’m not that way towards you. I’ll deal with someone else if you think you’re gonna hold your full effort hostage against me for a ring.” Knowing what I know now, I would’ve ended things there instead of going through all the arguments and ultimatums. I understood that a woman’s heart can’t be in the right place if she thinks in those terms, but I didn’t fully understand how deep that problem ran. And this show tells me that even some of the best looking sisters on paper have this same issue.

I feel this. I have lived this exact reality. I was at the same crossroads as you. Then one day in the stock market a few months ago, I asked for a meal, and she gave me that “I’m not your mom” talk. I had a stock I wanted to day trade because I felt a big pop coming but I had a headache so I went inside thinking I can make something in 5 mins and nothing would happen. Didn’t set an order because it was teetering both directions. When I came back to my home office from the kitchen it quintupled..... I missed out on 5 times my money in 5 mins. She hears me screaming in the room and asked what happened. I said that I decided to “not be a mommas boy” and make myself for and missed my pick of the year over it. Her face froze. I told her I can’t keep living this way and that I don’t need a woman who’s competing with me. I need one that does what I can’t do. She felt the pressure that I was checking out and day by day is becoming a true wife. Never misses a meal, massages, pep talk, best wap I’ve ever had, supportive, almost eradicated her need to be right and always acts girly and adorable when she knows the days been rough in the market. I know my experience is anecdotal but you said that she was fairly agreeable and came from good pedigree. Sounds like there’s a chance if you find a way to word the importance of why the tradition roles are CRUCIAL for both of you to see your highest heights. My portfolio has doubled in the last 3 months since this crossroads. I wish you well my brother. You’d be surprised how much can be accomplished if men and women actually speak their peace and state their purpose. God bless

Time after time these callers prove that they have made their choice to die alone because, in their heart of hearts they know the men that they want and desire does not want them. So it’s either die alone or marry someone that you would not be happy with. They would rather die alone if they had to actually do what men have to which is take care a family. And out all the callers the lawyer that call to confirm she was settling was the most heart breaking call to me because the hell she is going to put that man through because of her choices is sad😔. The gentleman that wanted to marry me, was a mommas boy unfortunately and I couldn't settle for someone that was accustomed to being emasculated by women. Bw like the ones last night are the reason others of us have to work twice as hard to prove all of us aren't obnoxious, childish, delusional, and totally self-absorbed. The giggling, cackling, and raising their voice is reason for them not to be taken seriously by anybody. That was nothing short of embarrassing. I've said countless times (because there's such difficulty understanding), hvm for the most part don't want instant families. Henrys and average men with no kids don't want them either. To insist on a man still be interested in you with your current state of affairs just because "it's a mistake", is entitlement at best. Being accountable requires acknowledging that past decisions affect your future and no one is obligated to be understanding or accepting of it. Insisting that you're "fine" doesn't matter if the men you want don't want you back.

@hgfw92954 жыл бұрын
@Ted Tillman yes I get your point. Well I am a divorcee myself left with 4 children from marriage one father obviously and I'm having a custody.....according to many coaches I am no value at all! Yet I saw men taking off them wedding ring before come talk to me, others hiding them age to actually get close to the single momma! I believe even in the USA there are women with kids, women left alone who never aimed for it. This is why I'm pointing here "great you are aware of what you want and you not gon deal or use any hot single mom....see you like it or not single mothers are easy targets and must be protected, given advice on how to read the manipulation. It is a different thing if she herself decides to be a MILF lets say, yet a different game if MEN give hopes for the relationship without actually planning it. This is why I'm putting thumbs up on your comment with honesty. I do not like the idea of throwing stones of blame on women who decided to "keep it". They def lowered their time and availability and completly do not match a single childless man but still can be roses! Mothers hold amazing value. And if you guys start saying it loud maybe they will eventually start believing it what do you think?! I really would love the society to help them navigate the life so they don't feel loosers out there. And this is how some coaches describe them. A looser for bringing the new life into the world. This aint right.

If I lived a life where all I had to do was smile and be nice to get everything I need, whew! Lol I guess it’s too easy.

I really feel sorry for them , they won't listen, they could actually turn everything around and have a future with a good provider. May not be a hvm but a good high paying blue collar man or even a average earning man. Who wants to come home to a combative woman every day or even 3 times a week .

Sir Samuels, why do ladies subconsciously enjoy struggling? The sad thing is that they don't even realize it.

Because they’re bored... life is actually too easy for them. If they are in shape, and lively and smile often, then a man will simply give them what they want. Imagine living in a world where all you have to do is ask for something using a soft voice, and you will receive it? That’s a woman’s world. As men, we have to work and earn everything that we have. Women actually have envy for the discipline that it takes for a man to be successful in life. Because they lack discipline naturally.

Studies say: (I copied & pasted) "Marry pretty women or ugly ones. Short ones or tall ones. Blondes or brunettes. Just, whatever you do, don't marry a woman with a career. Why? Because if many social scientists are to be believed, you run a higher risk of having a rocky marriage. While everyone knows that marriage can be stressful, recent studies have found professional women are more likely to get divorced, more likely to cheat, less likely to have children, and, if they do have kids, they are more likely to be unhappy about it"

one correction: "professional women are more likely TO FILE FOR DIVORCE". 80% divorces filed by women. They do it, it does not "happen to them". Accountability.

If you want to trap a single mother in an argument with regards to dating, ask them if they would ask their son to date someone like them.
