Tea making may appear so silly But there are many ways to prepare tea and people in different parts of the world have their own way of making tea. What is heard is that tea was popular amongst the Chinese since ancient times and they used to have black tea without sugar. English men used to keep in their table black tea and milk in different kettles along with sugar . One can have his own tea by mixing them in the desired proportion. Some restaurants serve it in the same way . In North India people don't have tea in glasses unlike we keralites. Tea is served in small cups . Such tea is continuously boiled after adding ginger , cardamom or other masalas I had the opportunity to taste different types of tea sold in Kalbadevi area of Mumbai. Choice of Marwari business community in that area Another is Irani tea available in Irani restaurants Tea leaves and tea dusts are seen used . Professionals who grade tea are highly paid and thier taste buds are very sensitive to make distinction . ( Tea Auction in Kochi) These comments are not at all aimed to belittle the video but to highlight the fact that tea making is not truffle, based on my limited knowledge.
