This is why I can say that C&C Equipment is top notch. Other equipment dealers may have rolled the dice and let it go out and hope it held together for a few hundred hours and let the customer get stuck with an engine repair bill. I guess the lesson I learned is just replace all the components on the first time. It would have saved all the extra labor time and costs in new bolts and gaskets. C&C Equipment is a wonderful business. Clint and Kevin are true professionals

I think it's awesome that you guys are not too proud to show us the very grateful viewers the good along with the bad and that not everything turns out the way you may have hoped. You guys clearly do top-notch quality work. I'm an electrician who knows very little about heavy equipment other than I've always been fascinated by it and how to know when I'm working with an operator I completely trust when I'm in a ditch all day with an excavator bucket over my head.

Dealing in used, especially NonOp equipment is always a gamble. It is like going to the casino, if you walk out even or above, you are a winner. I learned about chains when I rented a dumpster once. I filled that thing to the top with not a single void. Heavy stuff too. This company didn't use roll-off dumpsters. They swung them off the truck with a crane. When the guy came to pick it up, I was shocked because he was going to lift it with a skinny little chain like you were using. I told him I didn't think that was a good idea, because it was REALLY heavy. He gave me the look you probably give the comments about undersized chains. "Don't worry about it" he said, and hoisted it up and away no problem.

Your integrity is such a huge reminder of what pride in work should look like. I can't stand this sad, sick new reality where everything is designed to fail after a certain amount of time thereby forcing us to have to repurchase. Or how some maintenance shops (dealers) will gouge the hell out of you to maximize profits instead of fixing what only needs to be fixed. Your patience is also a great example that this stuff happens and blowing up is useless. Thank you for that. Wish you guys all the best and hope your son continues in your footsteps!
