Recipe for one serving - 16 oz jar.
1/4 of Cabbage Head
1 Medium Carrot
1 tablespoon of sea salt (or less to taste)
1 tablespoon of minced garlic (or less to taste)
1 slice of lemon with skin removed
Filtered Water to fill the jar
Clean and grate carrots and cabbage
Mix grated cabbage and carrots evenly
Tightly pack the mixture in the 16 oz jar
Add garlic, salt, and lemon on top
Fill the jar with filtered water to cover all ingredients
Keep in refrigerator
Ready to eat in 24 hours
