Thank you Paul. This filter often overlooked by garages and owner mechanics. Will check out the filter on my 2006 XK and I'm sure it will be overdue a change. I have had the car 8 years and I have never replaced it.

I remember a while back a nosey neighbour popped into my garage as I was doing this very job with hoover going full blast. With a puzzled look on his face he asked "are you hoovering the engine"? Of course I am part of my maintenance routine I replied😉😁

Hi vids are great. I've done the filter and hoovered out leaves from 2011 when mine was built !. Can u comment or show how the 5.0l car would differ on all the vids pls if poss that would really help me as a novice

When taking off the cover, be careful not to drop the clips, as they can easily fall down into spaces from which you cannot get them back.

Excellent Maintenance and video! Little off your Video ..I had a Error yesterday travelling back home 08 XK We was sitting in traffic over 100 degrees for about 30 min with AC on. All of a sudden Catalytic error came on in the center display.. After we got out of traffic for a rest stop. I restarted car and the error was still there. I was able to make it home and the next morning. I started car and the Error was gone. I wonder if there is a problem to look for? or was it a overheating issue while sitting in that traffic. I ran the ODB scanner and nothing was found... Anyone had this issue? And or where to start the resolution... Thanks
