Hi, just for info hun....I have watched another guy do recipes for the Velvetiser and he says the amount of chocolate is usually 35g as Hotel Chocolate use this amount.... just that first chocolate you made there with the dairy milk buttons looks very weak....maybe try it with 35g of buttons and see the difference hun 🤔 xXx Loving these recipe ideas xXx 🌟

I actually won a velvetiser through a competition, but when it turned up, it only came with the 2 cups and no sample chocolate. To try it out, I put some semi-skimmed milk up to the min line, water up to the max line and got some Cadbury twirls from a multi pack which are about 36g, just crumbling them up in the top. This was really nice, but a bit too sweet for my liking. I then got some 70% chocolate from Hotel Chocolat and tried it, but although I didn't mind it, I found it just slightly bitter. Perhaps I should have got the milky 50% stuff. I then used 1 Twirl plus about 2 heaped spoons of the HC 70% chocolate and it made what I thought was the perfect drink for me. I then tried it the same way but using half a Galaxy Ripple and it tasted even better. I think trial and error is the key. I may try to get hold of some Cadbury Chocolate Orange Twirls and see what they taste like.

Oooh white chocolate. I had a hot chocolate at the christmas German market the Christmas before last and it was sooooooooo smooth and creamy, but it was a lot darker. Do you know how it would of been made?
