Cadillac Escalade Won't go past 80 MPH

This same thing just happened ro my 2013 escalade. Let us know what you did to fix the issue.

i think its the aftermarket suspension in this model if the ecm does not have the air ride height from the air suspension then it limits to 80 for 'safety' 😉 so if you only replaced the suspension you still have the electronics which dont receive the correct information from ride height sensor and will not let you go past 80 i think there are youtube videos on this fix for people who installed their own suspensions and you should look for these. This is my guess to fix. scan the car with a scanner and get the fault codes from the air suspension module then troubleshoot and repair what is going wrong. but its better to see if anyone online is more informed and has actual instructions, not vague ideas. I hate electrics in cars man i feel you... best of luck from the UK to fix this issue! Ive only seen one cadillac in my life, they are rare here!

Appreciate your good comment. As you can see there is no lights or errors. No codes either. Yes there is aftermarket suspension a good brand KTB suspension, and I installed some resistances to overcome the errors. Still limited to 80mph
