I’ve only gone 15 days a couple of times doing semen retention. I think for most guys releasing once every 7-10 days is a good goal. Once that is attained; you can focus on prolonged semen retention. The bigger issue is internet porn. It’s so addicting. I’ve pulled so many all nighters edging trying to find the perfect scene. Porn really hijacks my mind. It mentally enslaves me. Some of these things seem like they describe me, but I'm pretty sure it's not really me. For example, I've more or less stopped caring about actual sex but I doubt it's due to excessive masturbation (once, maybe twice a week at most) and more to due with being completely socially inept. I don't know how to talk to people and as such have neither friends or even a girlfriend. But you'd be surprised how many of these telltale signs otherwise seem to indicate I might masturbate too much if taken without context.

It's a little tiresome when people feed the stereotype that solo addiction and excessive Os is predominately a male issue (e.g. >95% of your images and references were male exclusive). I understand that you're running a business and your clients are male, but this isn't true to life. There's no more male vs female addicts, and the average male addict averages far fewer Os per day, week, month... than the average female addict, the majority of whom average several per session and often over a dozen per day, which is far more than is even possible for the average male addict. It just makes no sense to validate a false stereotype just because men have less sexual stamina, hence can't have as many Os per unit of time. And also because men have far less shame, hence more likely to discuss/pay someone like you. Most of your male clients are seeing/paying you primarily because you're attractive. Doesn't it strike you as suspicious that very few men are seeking help in this area from unattractive women? You're attracting JOI men like moths to a flame.
