In this video, I bake and collect a very delicious and fragrant HONEY cake (honey cake) without eggs and dairy products. Completely lean.
The cake in this video is 21 cm in diameter. I baked 12 cakes with large trimmings, the weight of the finished cake was 2200gr

The INGREDIENTS for the cream are exactly for this number of cakes:
for the VEGAN (lean) version of this cream with vegetable products
100 g of sugar
8 g bag of vanilla sugar
150 g of almond milk(or juice, or (you can NOT milk!) or any oatmeal, nut, rice milk-drink
50 g of semolina of category M (from soft wheat varieties)
a pinch of salt
350 g of almond milk (which we bring to a boil in a ladle) (you can NOT MILK!) or any oatmeal, nut, rice milk drink
250 g of softened margarine (whisk it with a cooled pudding base)
for taste, a teaspoon of lemon juice and the zest of half a lemon
INGREDIENTS for honey dough:
250 g of sugar
200 ml of water
250 g of honey
1.5 level teaspoons of soda
8 tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil
800-850 gr of wheat flour ( I have 850 gr)
for the VEGAN version of the dough for cakes without honey:
250 g of sugar
200 ml of water
250 g of any syrup (glucose, invert, agave, maple, molasses)
1.5 level teaspoons of baking soda
8 tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil
800-850 gr of wheat flour ( I have 850 gr)
bake the cakes for about 5 minutes at an average level top bottom mode without convection at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius
