2) vegan (lean) version of this cream without animal products
This cream is designed for FILLING and DECORATING cakes and pastries, has a very delicate velvety structure with a creamy taste and aroma !
This cream is more than half made up of regular milk with 3.5% fat content and semolina!
It is prepared without cream cheeses, from the most affordable products. And also without eggs. Quite a budget cream with a very delicate, creamy, velvety taste !!!!!!!
1) INGREDIENTS:
for the regular version of this cream with dairy products
100 g of sugar
8 g vanilla sugar
150 g of milk
50 g semolina category m (from soft wheat varieties)
a pinch of salt
350 g of milk (which we bring to a boil in a ladle)
250 g of softened butter (beat it with the cooled pudding base)
for taste, you can add a teaspoon of lemon juice and the zest of half a lemon
