1) with dairy products
2) vegan (lean) version of this cream without animal products
This cream is designed for FILLING and DECORATING cakes and pastries, has a very delicate velvety structure with a creamy Apple flavor and aroma !
This cream is more than half made up of regular milk with 3.5% fat content and applesauce!
It is prepared without cream cheeses, from the most affordable products. And also without eggs. Quite a budget cream with an incomparable taste !!!!!!!
1) INGREDIENTS:
for the regular version of this cream with dairy products
100 g of sugar (including a bag of vanilla sugar)
150 g of applesauce
40 g cornstarch
a pinch of salt
350 g of milk (which we bring to a boil in a ladle)
250 g softened butter (beat it with the cooled pudding base)
2) INGREDIENTS:
for the VEGAN (lean) version of this cream with plant-based products
100 g of sugar (including a bag of vanilla sugar)
150 g of applesauce
40 g cornstarch
a pinch of salt
350 g of almond milk (which we bring to a boil in a ladle) (you can not MILK!) or any oatmeal, nut, rice milk-drink
250 g of softened margarine (whisk it with the cooled pudding base)
