Is relocating to Calgary still a wise financial move? A year back, Calgary initiated the Alberta is Calling Campaign, urging residents of BC and ON to consider leaving the urban hustle and embrace Alberta's promise of affordability. In this video, I go into the transformations since that campaign. I explore the shifts in the cost of living, career prospects, daycare expenses, transportation, and tax benefits living in Calgary, AB. Ultimately, I believe the decision to move cities should extend beyond a financial standpoint and it's important to factor aspects like climate, family, friends, and the appeal of a simpler lifestyle.

Daycare cost is much cheaper. My daughter only pays about $6-700/mo for FULL time daycare service(8am to 6pm). It helps out a lot as both parents can now work!
