I lost over 70lbs in last year. If you want to lose fat you need to train hard and eat clean. This is my story, the things started to change after I took diet from Next Level Diet. It was plain simple and pretty easy to follow, training was something like home workout (three times per week). I lost 12 lbs of fat in first month already... This may be the best stuff right now... You also have some other online diet helpers, but believe me personal trainers are too much expensive.

wait this video has only been out for 3 years maybe so ok but anyways thats great that you progressed. It took you 4 years which is believable while this guy took 1 year to go from looking like a chewed up bone to a greek statue. I call bullshit on his one year transformation probably took him longer or took steroids. I dont like accusing people of steroids without knowing for sure so im leaning towards him lying about the time it took.

@Dany Sanchez Please look at him again. His hasn't changed that much - he wasn't too skinny before and he is far from greek statue after. His changes pretty much believable for 1 year in a gym, he gained about 10 kg while staying in low badyfat %. But it is hard to believe what it was achieved with Calisthenics alone. From my own experience (at my peak I was able to do one handed pull up up to 10 times, still was rather skinny) I know what you can't gain much with your own bodyweight alone, at most you will be more ripped.
