Love the bar work and with the bands. Try contracting your abs hard throughout as you do pull ups/chin ups. It makes for a different experience. What time of day do you work out? And maybe tell us the temperature for each workout. I'm curious to know how damn cold it is there.

@@Shimidzufitness Wow. That early and in cold weather. Damn. I aim for after work and before heading home. Fridays are different as I love going in late evenings to closing. Those are more intensive. Saturdays I may or may not go in. Sunday's I take off and gym has restricted hours Sunday. Saturday's it closes at 8 pm. Friday closes at 11 pm and I like the vibe then.

Abs wheel! Depending on your flexibility def. give it a try from standing position.

@@Shimidzufitness I think a lot of some abdominal exercises require flexibility and leg strength as much as abdominal strength and power. Guys struggle on L-sits because hamstrings are not flexible and their quad muscles can't force legs to be straight. Maybe try hanging leg raises from the L-sit as the starting and ending position. Those deactivates the hip flexors somewhat forcing the abdominals to do more heavy lifting. Your abdominals seem quite strong. Standing abs rollers and Dragon Flags are great muscle builders.

@@Shimidzufitness You night also do abs rollouts at angles and not just inline with your body. The other benefit of standing abs rollouts is that it strengthens your shoulders too. it's more a complex workout than an abdominals isolation exercise. The only other tip is to do lots of hanging leg raises with toes to bar and (even with ankle weights) to bring out your abdominal rows. You don't look cold working outdoors. That will help you burn more calories perhaps?!
