Mate I tried heavy sandbag training and it is amazing. One week all calisthenics/ weighted calisthenics. One week all heavy sandbag 50kg. Now I'll try 60 kg.

I did build it. I’ve been meaning to do a video on it. I used 4x4x10’ treated post, buried 2 1/2’ in the ground with one bag of concrete per post. Next time I would go with 12’ post and put them at least 3’ in the ground. Then I used 60”long gas pipe from Home Depot, threaded on both ends so I could screw a flange on. Pipe is 1 1/2” round

That’s what I try to do. For me I like to do two times more pulling then pushing . I think it creates better posture and stronger posterior chain.
