You can replace the Pike Push-Ups with Regular Push-Ups if that's your preference :)

Glad you liked it! As far as talking goes, I try to mix it up so everyone can get what they want. Many people despise talking (especially when it’s a workout they plan to repeat) so I do some talking, some non talking

In the scap shrugs? Full range of motion, it should be so I suppose.

Scap Shrugs aim to go from fully protracted scaps to fully retracted, keeping the ROM in the Scaps not the arms, so yes, upper back round to retracted.

Yep. I could do all this stuff back in my 20's (military days). Too fat & out of shape now.....but I'll occasionally watch. Mama has a nice physique.

All of these exercises are in the intermediate program. But the workouts are longer, include more accessory work and weighted calisthenics (weighted dips, weighted pull-ups..etc).
