Glad you liked it! As far as talking goes, I try to mix it up so everyone can get what they want. Many people despise talking (especially when it’s a workout they plan to repeat) so I do some talking, some non talking

Scap Shrugs aim to go from fully protracted scaps to fully retracted, keeping the ROM in the Scaps not the arms, so yes, upper back round to retracted.

All of these exercises are in the intermediate program. But the workouts are longer, include more accessory work and weighted calisthenics (weighted dips, weighted pull-ups..etc).
