honestly i’ve put off these sorts of workouts because i’m not super flexible and i struggle engaging my core and don’t know where to start but the positivity and affirmations and recognition that not everyone is going to be in the same place made it so much easier and so enjoyable

I had a really long tiring day but I wanted to get a workout in because I feel so much better when I move and stretch my body so I found this video of yours and it was so easy to do and I feel so much better after doing it. You are a light and I always feel so good and encouraged after watching any of your videos instead of feeling tired and lousy for being out of shape. Callie, I never comments on KZbin videos but today has just been one of those down days. Your podcasts and workouts always support me and make me feel not alone. You have done so much for me mentally and I just want to thank you. Your affirmations during a workout help me so much to remind me to push away past toxic thoughts and to be in the now. Just discovered these videos. I’m struggling with PPD bad after having a baby and hating my body. Trying to get into something simple that I can do at home for now until I can get back into the gym. I love this. It’s simple, not easy, but makes me feel like I’ve done something. I also love the little messages of self love that you give and that’s what I and I’m sure a lot of women need right now.

Thanks for all the sweet motivational comments… for once I didn’t end up screaming mid workout or cry in frustration that I am so out of shape. It’s so hard to get back to a routine, whenever it’s been years that you stop caring for yourself and your body. Depression can really do a number.. & all I hear in my head is negative comments.. thanks for the encouragement and the workout. ❤❤❤

Loved this, I do loads of cardio but needed a full body workout stretch and tone, I haven't done pilates for years and loved your short beginners workout along with the affirmations this has truly made me feel better about myself and that I can better myself as I was heading down a bit of a bad self worth road. Hi y'all some help please. When I do the leg outstretched move the leg that I am resting on, the hip get locked up or cramped I don't know exactly but then I have to move it around for a few seconds to unlock it. Is there exercises I should be doing that will help my hips?
