New follower here. I’m about 15-20 pounds over weight and I am not at all fit. Every time I exercise in the slightest I get migraines and this 10 min videos are exactly what I need to get started and slowly build stamina without migraines. Thanks for posting. You are an amazing find! I'm a lady truck driver (I haul livestock in the Midwest) I am in my truck for an average of 15hrs every day! Fitting workouts in is sooo difficult! I take my dogs for good walks every morning before we head out and night after I park. I am super excited to have found you because I can do this in my truck or even in the shower room in the morning! What a blessing for me! Sooooo needed this!! Thank you!! Today was my first time ever trying something like this.. I'm not the in the best of shape right now and have extra pounds on me.. but i figured its 10mins I hsve to start some where so while my family is gone for the day i gave it a try.. i did the best i could to and I'm will try it again tomorrow. Hopefully the more i do this the more flexible I'll be and the weight will slowly come off over tim. Thank you for your easy to follow video

I really feel good after working out with your exercises...I really enjoyed it, but I am finding it that I had a hard time doing the first part of the exercises for some reason. But I will continue to do this exercise till I feel that I can do more of it's been years since i have done this much this exercises. Thank you for showing us old folks the easiest way to do it before moving on to the next step.

It's been so long since I have did pilates all though I'm overweight way to much from my last pregnancy and having that bc bar put in my arm I was still able to do these moves and i could feel my muscles being in engaged I feel pretty great right now just sitting on my mat typing that I really enjoyed this workout it went so fast I didn't have any cringe thoughts of wanting it to hurry end I simply enjoyed it. Thank you. I even subscribed afterwards
