There's about 70 forms for each verb in Latin based ones. English got 5. (go, goes, went, gone, going). And, as if that wasn't easy enough, people regularly chop the perfect tenses form in favour if the simple past. "must've fell" "should've went" "could've flew". It could even get worse: when people suddenly decide that "of" is a verb and write absolute dross like "should of done". That one is tough to read. 😅
