In this gentle flowing qigong practice, we focus on calming, fluid movements and imagery inspired by the lakes and forests of the natural world to help settle and soothe.
If you're feeling anxious, stressed, or just not quite yourself right now, this practice will help relax the nervous system, help you re-centre yourself, and settle your energy (qi) into a tranquil and serene state.
Qigong is the sister practice of Tai Chi, and is a system of movements, meditations, and visualisations designed to help us better manage our own health, energy level, well-being, and longevity.

Perfect. I struggle with anxiety. Qigong really helps. Unfortunately, I slipped away from it after more than two years of doing it daily. Things happen. I'm trying to develop a new practice, along with my yoga (same issue, left a more than 3 year old practice) ... I feel like I'm on a racing train that is going to crash at any moment... this practice helped enormously. Thank you James for your delightful yoga and qigong practices... hugs...

Feeling very drawn to Qigong. I love my yoga, but my body is letting me down with various ailments. Doing this fills me with the peace and calm I need at the moment, but I also feel like I'm ' doing ' something. Hope this makes sense as my anxiety levels are quite high and Qigong may be my answer at this time. Thanks again James.

I hear you on this. My body too is pushing back with running (knees), weights (I can no longer lift heavy), HIIT (becoming difficult). I still do yoga but am ready to slow things down even more. Thanks for being here.

Thank you for sharing this practice, James. I recently found you when I purchased a membership to Rewire Therapy's QiGong practices. I love all the practices, as well as this one and some others from your KZbin channel. This one makes me feel as if I've really moved, and it both calms and energizes me, even when I am experiencing a health crash with ME/CFS, as I am today. It helps me gently build energy without leaving me exhausted. My body is also getting stronger a little more every day. I appreciate you!
