you'd be needing more than the gym mate to go on this level you'd need enhancements,supplements, diet all calculated and so on there is more than what he shows on this video however if you're just looking for a workout routine this is one of them its not to say you're gonna get big like him doing this you however will get a good pump depending on how you do this workout because always keep in mind what he's doing is a lifestyle/career literally everything he has is devoted to bodybuilding same as the other bodybuilders so to discredit their works just because they take steroids and other stuff is just plain stupid in my opinion anyway i mean they're not doing anything wrong to me.

Alternate. So 1 set of Lat pulls then 1 set of low rows and repeat, 1 set last pulls then 1 set of low rows

+Adam RobertsonI agree. It's not just a powerlifting move, all the top bodybuilders have initially built their backs with heavy deadlifts. You need to build inner thickness and quality muscle using deadlift variations. Why was Ronnie Coleman so huge, especially his back?! Heavy deadlifts for low reps. If the pros could only use one back exercise everyone of them would utilse deadlifts - it brings all the muscles of the back in to play.
