G'day crew. Fascinating to watch you. I'll be doing that area next year in a flexing microlight. You were talking sayings when you went off the strez.One that like was "when was the last time you did something for the first time". Keep up videos there great.love them. Cheers

I did the Strz in June, from Innamincka to Lyndhurst, the rd was in pretty poor condition as it wasn’t long after big rain! But the crews were out there sorting it out.👍 Was amazed how much of it was sealed. Another great video guys! Keep it real aye!🤙😁

Great episode, glad I am not the only one that felt sick over that road...lol.. I hated it.. Although when we last drove it, there was so much sand drift on the track.

Karsten, you could have dressed the "Bone man" in the grungy old 't' shirt you were wearing a couple of vids back. Like the "less ragged" look. K&M, Z&Z great to have you guys back. How did you go with that rear air receiver? Little Zena is a happy looking little girl. Karsten you look like the King of Africa sitting back there with your feet up with your "Chauffeur" up front. Good stuff guys.

Southwark (suthick) Bitter Beer or better known to South Aussies as 'green death'. For years was the main beer in S.A. alongside West End Draught. Now pretty well dead and forgotten.

G'day guys. Just out of curiosity, I went online to check out the dollar figure on the kombi, these days. Well, because I can. Average prices are $9-16k, in NZDs. That's just average looking kombis. Average k's on the clock too. How's that compare with Oz.? Anyway, as usual, another great episode. Thank you for sharing. Loving the OKA. Atb from across the ditch.

just a tip, because i been following you since you had the Comby. id slow down with the OKA as they NOT built for speed when 4wding
@KarstanAndMaxine3 күн бұрын
I agree with you that the Old ones were not built for speed .. the new ones are though .. completely different drive line and suspension .. Dakar Oka yew !!

That young family of Emu's obviously know that KFC is a long way away. You need to put a note in front of the driver to "Check the steps before moving" until it becomes habit, otherwise it will be costly repair. Another tip as ex Truckie, stop every couple of hours and do a full walk around checking everything. Thanks for sharing.

I think you should have stopped in at that old town/homestead and said hello. People that far out, if friendly are the best to visit. I was once having a pee on a dune near Grey fishing village settlement in WA and this guy wandered over the top of the dune and we started chatting and he ended up telling me the entire history of the settlement and taking me on a personal tour of the whole place and the people in it were amazing and his daughter grew up and became a solicitor and has been arguing in front of parliament to get them a legal status!

You should not camp near a water holes /dams as the stock will not drink while your are here , no wonder the station owners don,t like people driving though there property's.

@KarstanAndMaxine 50 m is no good 500 to a km is the go i have worked on sheep and cattle stations in northern SA ,the cockies get pissed off with people camp near bores ,water holes where their stock need to drink it,s there liverlyhood at risk ,when they wont drink becauce of people camping near a water sorce.
