Had severe arthritis in my right hand for many years to the point were my doctor was considering steroid injections. I have also had back pain from a road accident when I was 16. Had followed the government and NHS guidelines on diet for many years, cut out animal fats, used vegetable and seed oils, margarine and limited eggs and dairy. Red meats were very rare in my diet. After my wife passed away 4 years ago I decided to change my diet completely. Eliminated veg and seed oils, started eating lots of eggs, cheese, butter and dairy. Red meat and fish often, particularly pork as it is a major source of essential nutrients. Cook mainly in animal fats. Cut down on carbs but still plenty of fruit and vegetables. Use olive oil and occasionally 'Cold Pressed' rapeseed oil. I cook from fresh or frozen with ready meals a rarity. Mainly a pizza once every couple of months as a treat. Within a year my arthritis had gone, I lost over 2 stone and I have just realised my back pain has gone. Not bad for an old codger aged 77. I can still chase the youngest grandchildren round and play garden badminton with them. My conclusion is 90% of good health is diet!!!! Always had backache from the age of 16 when I decided to argue with a van, the van won and I had a broken leg, a back injury and some short term memory brain damage. Over time the brain learns to ignore the pain although it is always present. Suddenly realised my back pain has gone. Says it all really. A real food diet is king!

We were lied to about healthy foods, now we know, I'm a 76yr old woman, unjabbed apart from Polio jab in childhood. I too followed guidance on food and then did a complete turn around, I eat fish and poultry, eggs, I can't eat cheese because I suffer migraines and cheese is a trigger, stopped eating red meat a long, long time ago, I do wish I wasn't averse to eating it, I buy red meat for my hubby.. I stopped eating margarine and went back to block butter, I also use virgin olive oil for cooking. I saw the pounds drop off when I went back to butter. Excersize a healthy diet and you won't go go wrong.

As a retired US Marine, I enjoy a good fight. Was on seven prescription drugs since 91 for m.s. interferons 16 years, monoclonal antibodies 16 years, quit all my meds and treatment two years ago, in total remission, two years withdrawal from the drugs, haven't been this healthy since I went to the Gulf in 89. There are many reviewed papers on how it works, including on how which and how many genes are affected by normal vxins. A good example of how it works is the rat study. When the mother is starved, or exposed to TOXINS, specific genes are turned on or off which then are passed down to prepare their offspring for the environment they are coming into. This massively affected their behaviour as well as their health because the body is prepared to survive, rather than thrive. The opposite is seen in rats that had plenty of food and no toxins. It's been linked as the primary cause for just about every major chronic illness and cancer. This has in my opinion been the biggest thing missed in exposing the true risks of this and other interventions.. we really need to see an epigenetics professor chat with John on this.

The research needs to be done interdependently and thoroughly without any bias, this should be mandatory for any treatments, the manufacturer cannot be trusted to be the only one who tests it, tests must be independent, done well with no bias, without that you cannot trust the product is safe! because these products may take months or years to cause all kinds of potentially life changing problems. It must be properly checked and evaluated, not widely tested on millions with no idea what may occur, simple negligence to have done so and not in keeping with good medical practices.

Over the last 30+ years I have seen an exponential rise in the number of people claiming mental illnesses, this includes friends and relations. I have every sympathy with those with genuine mental illnesses, but I see many using it as an excuse for bad decisions in their lives or as an excuse for not working for a living. The medical profession seem to be coming up with ever more states of mental illness, things we would consider fairly normal back in the 50s/60s. Maybe I'm being hard but I grew up in the 50s/60s from age 9 looking after a 3 year old brother while my, single parent, mother worked shifts as a clippie on the buses. Before I retired I worked with quite intelligent young people who often seemed to have the maturity of a 10 year old. I have experienced grief when my 65 year old wife died in 2020 from a treatable heart condition thanks to the virtual shutdown of the NHS. I still grieve but it is a natural process, I am also angry and my motto is 'Never forgive, never forget'.

"Long Covid" is another one. I wonder how many sufferers of this are having boosters. Very sorry to hear about your wife. I have a foot problem that I'm convinced could have been treated had I had normal access to healthcare. Obviously this is trivial by comparison, but I wonder how many others have had their quality of life impacted. I agree with never forgetting or forgiving. Remember too that this virus is manmade and was funded by people still alive and at liberty.

I have never imagined living anywhere but Australia. Things are different now. The threat of loss of freedom of speech terrifies me. I won’t take the cocooning vaccines so I potentially risk never cuddling a newborn baby. I have lost my job for non compliance and wonder if this will happen to my jobs now and in the future. I want our children and grandchildren to be healthy and unharmed. I have a lot of hope pinned on America’s health outcomes. I’m praying all will be revealed for ALL. 😢

Trump has proposed Robert Kennedy Jr. in charge of Health and Human Services. You can't beat that selection. Then there's the "pillow guy", Mike Lindell as Kennedy's righthand man in charge of sleep disorders. I think Trump may put Max Dunlevy, a video, war game expert in charge of the military. My biggest hope is that he will put flat-earther and atmosphere-denier Don Shannon in charge of NASA.

Maybe it would help if babies were breastfed for the proper amount of time, not swopped onto formula within a couple of weeks so mummy can go back to work. Maybe it would make a big difference if when weaned, baby was fed home prepared and home cooked food, puréed, like people did in the old healthy days. Those commercial baby foods look and smell disgusting, goodness knows what is really in them. Of course, all this is difficult because very few families can survive these days without both parents working, I wonder if that is part of the plan.

You can't find infant formula without seed oils now. Even the "organic" ones. The best food is breast milk. Not inflammatory foods in a brand new body.

Breast pumps allow mom's milk to be saved for later. My wife used them for 2 yrs and our kids NEVER got sick. Antibodies in breast milk that are not in formula.
