My dad use to set up battery banks and charge them from solar power back in the 80s . It powered lights when first entering the cabin and in the night a few hours before bed so we wouldn’t have to hear the generator running. The technology certainly has come along way.

I agree with you Jay you need a reliable power source where you are , like you said especially in the winter to warm up the snow mobile so it will start. I’ve got the smaller Jackery for camping myself, I need to charge the phone, Apple Watch , drone batteries etc and after watching your videos I decided on a Jackery after much investigation into power supplies. Thanks and stay safe till next time.

I don’t blame you for promoting Jackery products. That’s a lot of money they are giving you by allowing you to have free product. That stuff is expensive and practical and you put a lot of work into your channel. It’s nice to see them finally match EcoFlow in most features. The reason I picked EcoFlow River Pro was charge times as I charge it while camping with my Honda EU2000 generator. That and a regular computer cord plugs into it in case I need another. Plus the display panel was way superior to the previous Jackery. No longer. Nice upgrade Jackery! On display and charge times. Though it appears Ecoboost is still one up. Nice when I’m using my coffeemaker which exceeds my Ecoflow pure sine wave inverter by a lot. But works perfect. Just takes a little longer than my Honda to make a cup of coffee.

As a Jackery and a Bluetti owner i like both...But if i have to choose i will take the Bluetti....More bang for the buck....Cheaper cost for comparable units (especially when either is on sale), and many more life cycles with the Bluetti....The one plus for Jackery is , the brand new unit you have there does charge much faster than their old units or the comparable Bluetti....I get that your pluggin the Jackery because they sent you one for review and for promotion...A lot of KZbinrs are doing that right now with the new Jackery unit just out...

I was a Jackery fanboy until my 2yr warranty ran out and just 3 months later my 1000 Explorer decided to just turn itself off and won't turn back on. It was fully charged when I plugged in my 37 qrt ARB fridge to ready for a camping trip. An hour later the unit had turned off and no amount of resets, attempted charging, etc.... it won't turn on. I contacted Jackery to see if there is any after warranty support in the way of a repair facility that I could ship it to and have it repaired (on my dime). Nope, and doesn't look like they plan to bother. So, now I am holding a very lightly used pretty $1000 brick. A five year warranty would have sufficed at this point as newer technology would most likely be available by then and worth an upgrade regardless if my Jackery was still running or not. Currently chatting with other brands regarding after warranty product support. Wish me luck!

I have a couple of the smaller Jackery battery banks and they have both been great for me. I have them both on camping trips now to power and charge a great number of things from my devices to the little LED string lights I set up inside my Lavvu when I camp in the winter. Just got the solar panels for some rechargability, and very rarely do I have to actually use it because these battery banks last forever.

I am writing to you because I want to share what happened to my son in hopes that you can also help me share. My son was a victim of a carjacking on 9/21/22. We live in west palm beach Florida and he just so happened to be visiting the beach as he suffers from depression. He stated that he stopped to send a text and next thing he knew he was being dragged and beaten out of the car. I can’t even imagine the horror my son was feeling in that moment but as his mother my heart breaks to know I couldn’t be there to protect him. When he tried to hold on to the car in order to keep the thieves from taking it they sped up dragging his body in the process. My son stated that the next thing he knew he was lying on the side of road left for dead. He tried to flag people down to help him, and no one stopped(which my heart continues to break knowing I couldn’t be there to protect and save him). Finally a trucker stopped and called 911. Once my son reached the hospital they called my husband to tell him that our son had been taken to the hospital as a victim of a carjacking but couldn’t give us any further information until we arrived. As a mother, words and emotions could not describe what was going through my soul, but as God is my witness I cried out to God to take control of the situation and give me strength. When his dad arrived the police were there taking a report and my husband was taken back by how unprofessional they were handling the situation. They stated to my husband that they found our sons car with someone inside but did not arrest them because they did not have enough “probable cause” to do so. My husband and I are still trying to wrap our heads on why the police made that type of decision knowing that the car had already been reported stolen, and obviously the person inside of the car was not the actual owner. In the process of the doctors working on our son my husband came to get me because he didn’t want me driving and having an accident myself due to how distraught I was from the news that we had just received. On my husbands way home the hospital called and told my husband that our son was ready to be picked up from the hospital. We where completely taken back and shocked as we could not understand how a hospital could release him considering that his injuries were significantly serious. When my husband arrived back at the hospital he found our son sitting outside in a wheelchair. Our son was crying in agony and pain and we made the immediate decision to take him to another hospital and advocate for him. The doctors who took care of son at the ER were full of empathy and compassion. They immediately took care of him and started working on his injuries and pain management. As God is my witness this has been the most challenging traumatic experience I’ve had to go through as a mother and everyday I have to ask God to give me continued strength, as I need to be strong for Alex. I’ve had to take time off work because I refuse to leave my son alone. We received news yesterday that our son has a small brain injury and there may be a possibility of facial paralysis on his right side. We are praying and continue to share his fundraiser in hopes that anyone reading this can help me spread the word. Please if you find it in your heart, help share this fundraiser so that it can reach as many people as possible as our son has a long road to recovery ahead of him. God bless♥️ gofund.me/35646c62

Good video. Had a response to one of my comments on one of your prior videos that looked like it came from you, but I suspect not because it had said something to the extent that I had won some camping equipment from you. If it was valid, thanks, but I am a disabled shut-in living in a big city. Unlikely to need any such equipment. Give it to someone else, but thanks anyways. If it was fake, which is likely, I did not 'go' for it. Otherwise, whether promoting one of your sponsors or showing us camping, I really like your videos. Keep on creating!

Wickedness. And they will be judged by God Almighty. Do they not know that you can’t live on earth doing wrong towards others? Well, I know, and I pray they be cast down under great conviction of their evil acts. You wrong doers will not get away with what you’re doing…and you laugh? Guess who is laughing? Psalm 37:13-17 The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming. The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of upright conversation. Their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken. A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked. For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the LORD upholdeth the righteous.
