What a fantabulous video and topic! She’s super inspirational 🤩I’m definitely going to try and get rid of all my supplements and see what I notice taking the energy bits 🎉thank you for continuing to make women important and focus on our health!💕

She was on fire! Right? Keep me posted on the Energy Bits and how this experiment works out for you. She recommended taking them with pistachios, and she's right! It tastes great.

@@hackmyage I just received mine today! Took a few at lunch with pistachios and I had no issue chewing them! 😃Going to start with a few a day and build up ! Look forward to hearing and sharing the journeys🤩👍🏻

Thank you for mentioning the blue-green algae grown in Klamath. I remember when it came out thinking of how much waste is dumped in that lake. It's filthy!

I react severely when I take both spirulina and or chlorella. The end of my nose swells and goes green. I kept it up for several weeks and my nose stayed green so I finally stopped.

We still dont know how her skin is perfect at 70. Even though you asked these questions.. She mentioned a South American tea before that she drinks. Can you ask her?
@hackmyageАй бұрын
I am sure she does a lot for her skin. It's never one thing. Do you want me to ask her about the South American tea?
@chisanainoris5364Ай бұрын
@@hackmyageAsk her for her skin routine and what she does overall to look good. The tea alone won’t do anything that’s pretty clear.

It’s called FOUNDATION!!!
@pattersonellenАй бұрын
@@jwatt1995 if it was foundation you would see foundation-wearing 70 year olds looking like 45. And they dont. Even 45 year olds with foundation dont have her skin. I would love to have her skin at close to 45 even with foundation but i cant.

Is it possible that her long term use of the products caused her recent hip replacement?

I put spirulina in my smoothies daily for 15 years starting in my early 20s until I developed a sensitivity. 5 years before stopping spirulina, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. So I’m a little angry at spirulina. It didn’t prevent or help my illness and mitochondrial dysfunction.

That’s not how it works. There’s no magic pill/cure. Everything has a method. U can’t just stuff urself with things and expect miracles. U have to know what to eat, how, when, with what, how often, for how long etc. etc. 🤦♀️

The spirulina could've delayed your disease progression, or lessen the symptoms.
@Nicole-xo7sj2 ай бұрын
@@captainadams7569 perhaps. It ended up becoming an allergy though so I had to stop taking it.
@pattersonellen2 ай бұрын
Its supposed to block vitamin b12 receptors. You need to take vitamin b before spirulina so the receptors are occupied.

Why is it so much more expensive than other Taiwan sourced spirulina/chlorella you can get? 4x
@RojaJaneman2 ай бұрын
Marketing. If people believe it’s a superfood/miraculous imported product, they’ll pay more. Then, scalpers can take u for a ride. That’s such a western element. This is a millennia old practice.
@hackmyageАй бұрын
I think it's because she says it's dried in low heat, cleaned in triple water filtration and some other techniques that are more costly that preserve the product so it's more effective. She said most algae is dried in high heat killing the enzymes and nutrients.
