But i’ll say, if one would need to start to compare with the koreans, physiologically you know, that the chinese are catching up or even caught up, fast. Go and try one first okie, don’t just sit, go for a test drive. We can highly doubt you even test driven one before yet. 😊

For Cherry,BYD and Geely will start CKD production in Malaysia for RHD version so ya Chinese car will be main player other than Japanese & European brand in our region soon.

Yes Chinese car brand can dominate Sg market but not now. Sg Govt should invite these Chinese brands to build charging stations in great numbers, then price the charges in favour of owning its car brand.

Hard for them to penetrate this sg market given the high barrier of entry needed to work. COE prices at record highs, car lite policies , people who can afford new cars in this climate would mostly like stick their thumb on China brands EV or not. Unless they come in dirt cheap..

China EVs r lacking in car entertainment integration HU - English text based efficiency of swiping. Otherwise, those like BDY r good batteries EVs. And Nio has battery swapping stations = cool, time to swap a low bat to fully charged battery pack is the same like petrol stop. If Nio is in Singapore n operational - it is a good option.
