Might have to get one of these for hurricane season. The last bad one that hit our area had us 2 almost 3 weeks without power with temps up to 110f. They repair big cities before small towns and one of our towns went 5 weeks.

I can speak from experience I got a 600w at the beginning of this year and a solar panel, the solar panel lasted 10 minutes in Australian weather and definitely could not change the solar power bank, the power bank bearly works, it's gone from 3 days to one day, I also got a 1800w solar battery from the same company with 200w solar panel and again the panel does work 0 out put from the 200w panel have tested it, I hope your more luck then I am, but I am sure they will make sure everything will work for you from Australia 😢 it costs me lots of money and all this year, we are at the 7th month true story ❤❤❤❤

I bought a VDL 800watt power station and 100watt solar panel to power up my Alpicool fridge freezer and charge my phone and my girlfriend to, plus charge up power banks for some outside lights, my VDL 800 watt cost £249 and on full charge, will keep my fridge freezer going for 3 days, so using my solar panel system, keeps everything running smoothly for as long as I need it ... Am thinking about a bigger power station plus bigger fridge freezer about 45 ltr as mine is only 25 ltr ... Great info as always... Cheers

Nice review Andy 👍. As I'm looking for a new power bank system, had to leave my ecoflow in Canada 🇨🇦. Different plug sockets & changing input power. I did keep keep the solar panels 👍, can easily splice a new plug adapter if needed 😊

im considering purchasing a solar generator to supplement my energy at home, i appreciate an honest review and one tried and tested in various uses and over time. The price is less then my current energy debt so probably would pay for itself in time with added bonus i can take it with me on trips.2 year warranty on the site also gives some peace of mind too.

We run everything at 120 volts. The average small appliance is 1,500 watts for heat or cold. I mainly use my power bank for a small ice box. When the power gets low I plug it into my truck and run the motor utill the power bank is full. Takes about 30 minutes.
@TheInfidel_SlavaUA5 ай бұрын
30 minutes...that indicates that your power bank is either extremely low capacity, you are still way over 60% charge remaining, you are charging at a ridicolous amperage, you have a alien technology fast charger.
@lethaleefox60175 ай бұрын
That is about the same size as my Goal Zero power stations that are of easily movable size... I have some lower amperage cooking appliances as well as a microwave... Itaki cooking lunch boxes are a very low wattage for cooking rice and small lunch sized meal... My wattage input solar maximum to my power bank is about 600 watts...

I've considered a power station like this for home use as a backup power source when we lose power from bad, stormy/monsoon weather. I would get a larger unit to keep the refrigerator, freezer, and internet running and operational. The timing of this was providential.

I'd say for the most part for camp cooking you'd be better off going with propane because the power density and price point just isn't there yet.

Nice, but not verry indept techical review. I missed more detail the expention battery. Only recently (sept 24) the expentionpack came out. I understand that at the time of the review it was only possible to expend the power with a extra AP r1500 unit in daisychain. Also not a word of the Wifi and/or bluetooth connection with a app. On mine it must be possible but i never got it working.
